How long it takes to have my genes report ready?

Depending on our work load and your location, it can vary from a few days to 6 weeks. However, we are working hard to improve our service every day.

How will I get my report?

You may choose to receive your report by post or via Email in two steps to respect GDPR regulations. If you choose the electronic method, we will send you a password protected secure PDF report by Email.

Is the cost of my test covered by insurance?

Practically it is impossible for us to arrange direct agreement with your health insurance. Therefore, you can inquire your insurance company directly prior to order the test and we will be glad to assist you in case of need.

Are my data shared with 3^rd party?

No. We respect EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulations and your personal data will not be used or shared accordingly.
